The portal stores your email address, a password hash, the name you give us, the Macs you sign in from (a name, a hardware identifier and app version), and your subscription state as mirrored from Stripe. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
The Mac application sends the portal exactly three things automatically: a sign-in when you sign in; a daily entitlement check carrying your account id, your device id and the app version; and, once straight after a sign-in, a read of the three onboarding answers on your account. It never sends photographs, file names or library contents unless you publish.
Nothing you give us is used to train AI systems, and we do not sell or share personal data with advertisers. Transactional email is sent through a delivery provider; no marketing email is sent without your opt-in.
You can delete your account from the account page or by writing to support@vixlo.app; deletion removes the account, its devices and its subscription mirror within 30 days. Financial records Stripe requires us to keep are retained for the statutory period.
